About Us

Signature Bites is a highly favoured food provider in South London. We believe that food is a key element to any event, it brings guest together and opens up warm feelings and memories. Our aim to ensure everyone is left feeling happy about the experience they received with lasting memories. Signature Bites was founded in 2015 offering a late night- early morning delivery service formally known as JointsAfterDark. The inital idea came about as we was bored with the lack of food options avaliable after a certain time as most restuarnts and take aways closed at 11pm. We started off with a Caribbean fusion menu which was a big hit, but then decided to venture out and widen our menu with homemade burgers as well as sweet treats such as delicous milkshakes made with your favourite chocolate bars and homemade pancakes and waffles. Again, becoming huge hit with a customers.

Back in 2017 we decided to take a break from Signature Bites to focus on other opportunties, but our true passion was cooking and providing our customers with amazing foods that bought people together and made them feel happy. Therefore in 2019 we reopend Signature Bites and also added a catering option due to popular demand. We now provide catering services as well as our take away pop up days.
