Question: How much notice do you need to cater my event?

Answer: We require a minium of 7 days notice for all orders. Orders placed after this time will incur an additional cost.

 

Question: What happens if I need to cancel my order?

Answer: If you need to cancel your order we need 72 hours notice and a full refund will be issued within 7-10 working days or your welcome to reschedule your date for your order. Any cancellation after 72 hours will not allow a refund or reschedule option as prepartions would already be put in place for your order.

 

Question: Do I need to collect my order or do you provide a delivery service?

Answer: We welcome our customers to collect there order from us in Bromley but we can also provide a delivery service which will incur an additional fee depending on the distance we need to travel. Alternatively your most welcome to make arrangements with a taxi service to collect your food.

 

Questions: Is there a minium order & service charge?

Answer: There is no minium order charge 

 

Question: What days are you avabile to cater my event?

Answer: We are available to take orders Thursday - Sunday with a flexible collection/delivery time.

 

Question: Do you offer plating service?

Answer: Yes we can provide a plating service and help to serve your guest to ensure everyone is well looked after.

 

Question: Will food be hot upon collection/ delivery or do I need to reheat my trays?

Answer: Food will be warm and will require reheating which will come with instructions. 

 

Question: Do you offer private dining?

Answer:  Unfortunately we do not offer private dining at present.

Question: Are the ingredient listed for each dish? Can you alter dishes for specific dietary requirements?

Answer: Yes main ingredients will be listed in the description for each dish BUT please contact us if you need a more detailed description due to allergies or dietary requirements. We can also amend dishes if you have allergies or dietary requirements. It is down to you to get all the information and clarification you need from us before book

 

Question: Do you cater for vegans?

Answer: Although a wide variety of vegan dishes are not listed on our menu or website we can offer a range of vegan dishes avabliable upon request.

 

Question: What if I can't find a particular dish on your website?

Answer: We are able to provide other foods that you may not find on our website, just send us a message and enquire and we can see go from there.

 

Question: Are your portions true to size?

Answer: Yes are portions are very generous and will have you and all your guest satisfied. 

 

Question: How do I know which size trays to order?

Answer: Depending on your chosen dish, portions sizes may vary. On average a small feeds up to 4 - 6 medium feeds up to 8 and large feeds up to 16

 

Question: Do you offer discounts?

Answer:  We provide a great service and top quality fresh food that truly speaks for itself. For this reason we do not offer discounts unless you've recieved a code or there is a general offer on our website.

 

Question: Is the food fresh?

Answer: Yes all food is fresh and cooked on the day. We use the best and freshest  ingredients to ensure our food is always amazing quality.

 
Question: Do you offer payment plans or credit accounts?

Answer: Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans or credit accounts.

Question: Do you have a payment plan option?

Answer:  Yes clear pay is available to use at the checkout. Please note the following before using clear pay.

Clearpay DO NOT encourage consumers to:

  • Trivialise their purchase decision;
  • Spend in a careless or compulsive manner;
  • Make large or expensive purchases beyond a consumers normal spending habits;
  • Spend to improve their mood;
  • Use Clearpay as a solution to their financial problems; or
  • Use Clearpay to make a purchase because they don’t have the funds to make the purchase upfront (this includes referencing Clearpay to bridge the gap between paydays).
